

Bought some packs of udon from the supermarket on weekend, so decided to cook fried udon for lunch today. Pan of fried udon is topped with fried egg slices & fresh spring onions.
Ingredients used for fried udon: marinated minced meat, shiiitake mushroom (sliced), carrot (sliced), red onion (sliced), celery (sliced), bean sprouts.
I am very careful when frying the udon as I'm so worried that the cooked texture will become soggy. So I really controlled the fire & the frying time. It's great that the udon texture turned out to be good ^_^
