Healthy Fried Rice

Ingredients used for the fried rice: wolfberries, sweet corns, peas, carrots, meat, 1/2 beaten egg, garlic, onion.

Fried rice served with baked spicy drumsticks (not deep fry) & vegetables (I just used water to boil it for a while and topped with oyster sauce)

Homecooked fried rice is always more healthy than the one bought from stall as it is less oily and less salty, hence more healthy.
