Sambal Sotong 
This sambal sotong is one of my favourite dishes.
I only cooked this dish when there are gatherings at my home sweet home as I am too lazy to wash & clean the sotongs just to cook for a 2 persons meal ;p
Whenever I cooked this sambal sotong, it is always the popular dish, even if sometimes the sambal sauce is very spicy!
This is one of the dishes that I have prepared for the lunch gathering with my friends at my home sweet home on 21 March 2008.
I have prepared this dish for my family & my in-laws before as well ^_^
