Tom Yam Tang Hoon Soup 
Tom yam tang hoon soup for my dinner. Same as lunch, I cheated and prepared the tom yam soup using the ready-made tom yam paste due to my laziness. Will not use this brand of tom yam paste in future as I find it too spicy & oily. Not nice.
Still prefer the authentic clear tom yam soup I prepared many years ago. All ingredients are freshly bought and prepared from scratch. My 1st attempt and most satisfactory attempt.
