Asparagus with Carrots 
This is not my 1st attempt cooking asparagus but it is definitely better than my previous attempts.
My hubby always tell me that cooking vegetables is more challenging than cooking meats/seafood.. and I truly agreed.
One of the simple dishes for our dinner on 29 July 2008 ^_^
