Marinated Chicken Wings 
Without referring to any recipe, I just played around with the ingredients & seasoning to prepare this dish. So this is another of my self creation dish.. I added dark sauce, hence the chicken wings are so dark in colour..
Although there is still a little imperfection in this dish but my hubby & I still like this dish. This dish may look dull and not appealing but I really like the taste..
Will definitely cook this dish for my family & in-laws to try one of these days.
One of the simple dishes for our dinner on 29 July 2008 ^_^
