Baked Capsicum Black Pepper Chicken 
This is the fusion dish cooked & baked all by my niece, without any help & guidance during her home economic practical test - baked capsicum black pepper chicken.
I am so happy for her when she told me her teacher has selected her dish for the setting up of restaurant for their project ^_^
It looked just as yummy & appealing as her 1st attempt! Nice photos taken by my niece using her iphone ^_^
