


Prepared this pasta for dinner for my hubby on this weekend (Sat).
Penne with minced pork, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms in bolognese (tomato) sauce.
Penne in bolognese sauce - bolognese in Italian, also known by its French name sauce bolognaise) is a meat-based (tomato) sauce for pasta originating in Bologna, Italy.
I find the texture of the penne just nice as I followed the instruction stated on the pasta packaging. But my hubby prefer to have it cooked longer for a more softer texture. Okay, shall suit his preference in future ^_^
Well, I think next time I will add some spices to enhance the fragrance of this dish too.
