Potato Salad with White Wine Mustard 
This is an easy to make potato salad & it is definitely a yummy salad!
The skin of the potato gives a slight crunchy texture. Really nice!
I added eggs, celery & spring onions which add fragrance & different texture to the salad.
I made quite a big portion and all in our stomachs already.. Haha..
Hubby requested me to make this salad for him again ^_^
